Returns/Refunds Policy
 

1.What is the return policy at Vipshoppe?

For normal member, the goods return validity is 7 days upon goods received. For VIP member, the goods return valid is 14 days upon the goods received. Please bear in mind that any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
e.g: Order placed on 1st March 2020, received on 3rd March 2020, for normal member, your valid return period is from 3rd-9th March 2020.
For VIP member, your valid return period is from 3rd-16th March 2020.
Your return parcel will require you to bear the shipping cost at your own expense. VIPshoppe will deduct the flat rate RM5.90 shipping fee (if applies) from the total refund amount.


2.How long will I get my refund?
When we receive your returned items, we will inspect the goods to see if it is in the original state upon shipped out and does not affect its resell value. If yes, a refund to your account will be arrange within 24 hours.

3. Why is my return or refund rejected?
If the goods you returned does not meet the Vipshoppe's return policy, we may reject your return request. You can also refer to the terms and conditions below to ensure that your refund request will not be rejected:
(1) The return request does not exceed the validity period of the return.
(2) The item(s) returned is in its original state without any used or damages.



Refund process

How can I apply for the refund?
Firstly, please contact our customer service representative for your refund request. Kindly provide us the reason of your refund request with the actual photo of the goods purchased. Once our customer service representative confirmed and agreed with your refund, kindly ship back the goods to the address provided. Once received, we will process the refund and you can expect a refund to be credit back to your account within 24 hours. The return amount will be credit to your account followed by the purchased method you use.
What information is required when I request for a refund?
If you choose to credit back the refund amount to your account, we will credit back to your bank account from a third party bank (please note that shipping fee is not refundable). In such case, please provide us the correct bank information as below:

Otherwise, you can choose to refund back to the original purchased method (e.g: credit/debit card, grab pay, boost, and etc).
